For any inquiries on commercial, editorial or personal licensing of images send us a message and we will reply. We hold Copyright and All Rights Reserved to all images. Resale of any of these images is prohibited. The cost of a commercial license depends on where the image will be used, and quantity.
Orders will be invoiced payment to be done through the invoice. Payments can be done with all major debit and credit cards. Our payment processor offer bank grade security and fraud protection. In case of stolen debit or credit card has been used for payment the CC/DC owner will have to report to their financial institution in order for us to process a chargeback.
Our return policy is NO RETURN. We will, however, process a return request if our download link pointed to the wrong image. In other words the client downloaded wrong image. We will in this case resubmit the link. We do not offer hard copies, purely digital.
License Pricing
Our license pricing is based on AOP's pricing standard accounting for usage media, territory, timeframe. All fees are on top of Basic Usage Rate (BUR) which is 275 USD per image for underwater images, 225 USD per image for above water images.
Privacy
We are GDPR and CCPA Compliant. Any private data we may have collected will be deleted if requested. We do not sell customer data to third parties, nor do we sell our email distribution list. We are not in a position to know customer's debit / credit card details.
GDPR is the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation.
CCPA is the California Concumer Privacy Act.
